By Road:
From London by Road:
Take the A12 Eastbound. Continue on the A12 as you pass the exit for Colchester (A133). Take the next exit for Colchester North and Harwich, and follow the signs for Harwich (A120).
Continue for some miles on the A120 to Harwich, and the road changes from dual to single carriageway. Very shortly after this, you approach a roundabout (Horsley Cross) with a white water tower on the left. Continue straight ahead at the roundabout. Approximately 4.5 miles after the roundabout there is a signpost for 'Wrabness Station'. Turn left here (Primrose Lane). Follow the lane to the crossroads where you must give way. Turn right here (B1352 - Wrabness Rd). After half a mile you will notice a sign for 'Stour Valley Nature Reserve'. Woodview cottage is the next property on the right.
From Harwich International by Road:
From the port, take the A120 towards Colchester. After a few miles turn right at the signpost for 'Wrabness Station' (Primrose Lane). Follow the lane to the crossroads where you must give way. Turn right here (B1352 - Wrabness Rd). After half a mile you will notice a sign for 'Stour Valley Nature Reserve'. Woodview cottage is the next property on the right.
From the Midlands via A14 to Felixstowe:
Travelling eastbound, take the A12 exit signposted for 'Colchester'. After 10 miles, take the exit to Harwich, signposted 'A120 Harwich'. Continue for some miles on the A120 to Harwich, and the road changes from dual to single carriageway. Very shortly after this, you approach a roundabout (Horsley Cross) with a white water tower on the left. Continue straight ahead at the roundabout. By Rail:
Great Eastern run a service from Liverpool Street to Wrabness via Colchester and Manningtree. Woodview Cottage is a 15 minute walk from Wrabness Station. Taxis are available from Manningtree (7 miles) or Dovercourt (4 miles). The 103 bus service runs from Colchester to Harwich, and will stop at our front gate on request.

The 103 Bus Service runs from Colchester to Harwich, and passes the cottage. The bus driver will stop outside on request.
